Let's take a closer look at each of the 5 ways to rejuvenate your skin.

Regular skin rejuvenation care

One of the easiest facial skin care products to use is good quality water. Water washes away dead cells of the stratum corneum, and also cleanses the skin of dust, dirt, sweat and oil. With the right approach, daily washing with mineral water can become not only a hygienic procedure, but also a therapeutic one. In order to maintain youthfulness of the skin, it is necessary to observe discipline, for this you need to combine water when washing your face. Rinse your face several times with warm water and then cool. Hot water expands the pores, while cold water narrows them. However, it is not recommended to wash with too cold or too hot water. If the cells are exposed to low temperatures, the skin becomes dry and begins to flake off. Hot water causes a constant dilation of blood vessels, as a result of which the skin becomes too sensitive to cold.

If you have dry skin, wash your face with soft water at room temperature. Do not use chemical cleansers more than once a week. The only exceptions are special organic foams and gels with a therapeutic effect, which are specially designed for dry skin.

For oily skin, you can use any product, 2 times a week, morning and evening. After washing, apply a nourishing cream to the skin, and after 20 - 30 minutes, remove the cream with a napkin.

Even normal skin requires special care. Herbal decoctions are very useful, you need to wash your face with such decoctions once a week.

Simple folk remedies

For dry skin, rinsing and compresses from a decoction of chamomile, violets, rose petals, mint, lavender, ginseng root, parsley and dill will be useful. One tablespoon of herbal collection from these components should be poured into 200 ml. boiled water. The resulting broth must be infused for 20 minutes, filtered and cooled.

For oily skin, a decoction of chamomile, horsetail, yarrow, plantain, cornflower, nettle, coltsfoot, eucalyptus leaves is suitable.

For normal skin, you can use almost all herbal teas based on medicinal herbs, as each component nourishes the skin and makes it look healthy.

Anti-aging face masks

Facial rejuvenation masks show excellent results. You can prepare such a homemade mask from 1 tbsp. l. white clay and 1 teaspoon of milk whey. Mix the ingredients well until the consistency of thick sour cream and apply on the skin for 15 minutes, then rinse off the mask with water. If you have dry skin, apply a moisturizer after this procedure.

You can also make a cucumber, lemon and oatmeal mask for oily skin. To do this, beat 1 cucumber in a blender, then add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 100 grams of oatmeal (which must be pre-steamed in a decoction of chamomile, whey or boiled water). Apply the mask for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Massage to improve the structure of the skin

For skin rejuvenation, you can use a special massage, it normalizes blood microcirculation in the skin, removes dead skin particles. The massage improves skin elasticity, improves color and texture. It is necessary twice a week, after deep cleansing of the skin, do light tingling with your fingertips for 2 - 3 minutes. It is better to start from the forehead and eyebrows in the direction of their growth, then the upper zone of the cheeks and nose in the direction of the outer corners of the eyes. After that, you need to rub your face with your palm from mouth to ears. In the chin area from the middle towards the earlobes, massage with light pinching movements. The final step of the massage is to lightly pat your entire face with your fingertips.

Scrub for effective cleansing

Once a week, you can apply a scrub or facial exfoliation. For the sake of this, you do not need to visit the salon, such a procedure can be done at home. Cleansing is done with a natural homemade scrub. The main components of this scrub are coffee and ground sea salt. To prepare a scrub for oily skin, you need 1 tbsp. a spoonful of ground coffee, add a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a teaspoon of sugar, 2 - 3 drops of lavender essential oil and mix well. Apply to face, massage in circular motions and rinse off after 10 minutes with warm water. For normal to dry skin, mix 1 tablespoon of sea salt with 1 egg yolk and sour cream. Apply to face, massage in circular motions and rinse off after 10-15 minutes with warm water. For oily skin, sour cream can be replaced with another fermented dairy product - whey, yogurt or low-fat yogurt.

Remember that skin rejuvenation is impossible without proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. To keep your skin young and well-groomed, you will have to give up bad habits, diversify vitamins and minerals. The diet should include foods that contain carotene, vitamin E and A, and fiber.
